Diane Cramer

Diane Cramer (BA (Psych) University of WA; Grad Dip Training and Development, University of Melbourne; Member - AHRI) commenced her career with the Telstra Corporation working in a diverse range of environments that led to direct involvement in the company's recruitment, change management and training programs. Diane has also worked for the Spotless Group, recruiting staff from operational to management levels and providing advice and assistance to career path planning and skills inventory programs; and has managed programmes for Reddin Consulting, coordinating the activities of a national team of counsellors and service providers ensuring quality and effectiveness.

Diane currently works as a consultant providing one-to-one coaching and group facilitation on the theme of leadership coaching, performance enhancement and career transition for a wide range of public and private sector companies such as ANZ Bank, BASF, Visy, Coca Cola, Tabcorp, Pacific Access, Australia Post and Victorian State Government departments and agencies

In the past 2 years, Diane has been involved in the development and delivery of leadership and change management programmes for corporate managers and team leaders, facilitating learning in group workshops and coaching individuals and teams for extended periods, identifying competencies for improvement and enlisting strong commitment for achievement of goals.
