Helen Goode

Helen has worked in primary, secondary, tertiary and adult education in both the state and catholic sectors, most recently as a Senior Education Officer with the Catholic Education Office in the Diocese of Ballarat.

Helen is a sessional lecturer at Melbourne University and a Director of Assessment Centres, a trained facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and MBTI Teams, Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle Centred Leadership, and 4 Roles of Leadership. She is also a MLQ Full Range Leadership Model and Team Model facilitator and coach and a facilitator of Workplace Conferencing.

An experienced trainer, Helen has demonstrated expertise in staff leadership development programs, career development and executive coaching, staff selection, mentoring, appraisal and reviews. She is accredited as a reviewer with both the DE&T School Review process and the Registered Schools Board.
