Kathie Surridge

Kathie graduated from the University of Ballarat with a Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology. Kathie's people focus is exemplified by her work as a teacher of autistic children before changing careers to become a generalist within the area of human resources.

Kathie's strengths are in group training, practical and theoretical knowledge of recruitment and recruitment processes, motivational customer service and training.

Kathie's experience includes 10 years in the delivery of group and individual career development programmes, large-scale customer service training programmes, design and development of a complete national performance management system and project management involving the establishment and management of a recruitment firm.
