Paul Merton

Following a 16 year career in the Public Sector, Paul has spent the past 15 years as a Training Consultant. He has extensive experience designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs; predominantly in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Team Development and Project Management

Paul has delivered high quality training and consultancy to a wide range of Public and Private Sector clients from industries including manufacturing, energy, finance, emergency services, education and communications.

His relaxed, focused and commonsense style enables him to work effectively with all levels of the organization, from managers to service delivery personnel. A philosophy that training should be learner focused and results accountable ensures that his programs are rewarding, both personally and organisationally.
