Roger Ballantine

Managing Director of MaST Australia, Roger has tertiary qualifications backing up 30 years of practical experience in business management, including Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Roger has wide-ranging state and national experience in sales and profit centre responsibilities together with relationship and project management experience in the retail and financial sectors.

Roger specialises in senior-level coaching and mentoring for businesses as well as for individuals. A member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, he is a strong advocate of adult learning concepts and strategies, and encourages clients to consider opportunities "outside the square". Roger has designed and written a number of customised training courses around sales negotiation, marketing and change management.
