MaST Diagnostics

Diagnosis is the first stage in the MaST 3D process and is a critical element in our approach to learning and development, which is why we use a wide variety of methods to help individuals identify their strengths and development needs. This helps both in designing appropriate development options, and in positioning individuals prior to training. Our tailored diagnostics include our e360 feedback systems and questionnaire and interview-based training needs analysis. We also make use of a number of bought-in diagnostics to help profile individuals and undertake organisational level research to help diagnose development issues and understand the key cultural, climate and performance issues within your organisation.
